Walk in
interview for two Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions is scheduled to be
held on 10th May, 2016 in the Dept. of Agricultural Biotechnology, Assam
Agricultural University, Jorhat. at 10:00 AM. The post is purely temporary and
will be terminated on completion of the project.
Vacancy Details:
Name of the Project: Elucidating the
role of bacterial endosymbionts in phytopathogenic fungi for toxin production
and pathogenesis-DBT
Project Duration: 3 years
Name of the post: Junior Research
Fellow ( JRF)
No. of post: 02 posts
Pay and allowances: Rs. 12,000.00
(25,00.00 with NET) +10% HRA for first two years and Rs. 14,000 .00 (28000.00
wth NET) + 10% HRA for the third year.
Educational qualification: M. Sc.
(Agri) Biotechnology / Pl. Pathology/M.Sc. or M.Tech in
Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Physics/Chemistry.
Selection Process: Candidates will be
selected based on interview.
