Qualification and Experience:
1. Chief Finance Officer:
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 college/ CA
required)
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of Banking experience with 6-8 years relevant experience.
2. Chief Compliance & Risk Officer
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA
preferred). Certification in CFA/FRM is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a financial institution with at least
5-7 years in credit risk/ market risk/ operational risk management.
3. Chief Admin Officer
Qualification:
Graduation or Equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Admin/ Security.
4. Chief Vigilance Officer
Qualification:
LLB / LLM from a Tier 2 or 3 college Certification from Institute of Company
Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a plus.
Experience:
At least 7 years in managing vigilance function with a strong knowledge of
corporate laws- banking, civil, criminal, IPR, consumer, land acquisition,
taxation, regulatory, etc., and having a strong business acumen.
5. Head – Branch Banking (Retail &
Micro)
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college
strongly preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in banking with at least 5 years as a
Cluster/Zone/Area/Region Head or equivalent in retail sales.
6. Head- MSME & Institutional Banking
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college)
Experience:
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in banking with at least 4-5 years in MSME
and Institutional Banking.
7. Head-Treasury, ALM & TP:
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA
strongly preferred) .
Experience:
At least 8 years of treasury experience with a thorough understanding of
markets, hedging, investments, bank account management and internal funds flow.
8. Head- Credit Risk:
Qualification:
Graduation in finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 or 3 college/ CA
preferred). Certification in CFA/FRM is a plus
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5-7 years in credit risk
management/ credit control in a financial institution. Should have team
managing experience.
9. Head- Application
Qualification:
BBA/ B.Tech/ BSc (Computer Science/ IT) or equivalent
(PGDM/MBA/M.Tech
from a Tier 2 college preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 in Banking Industry in
similar profile. Should have team managing experience for 1-2 years.
10. Head – Infra, Network & Services
Qualification: BBA/ B.Tech/ BSc (Computer Science/ IT) or
equivalent (PGDM/ MBA/M.Tech from a Tier 2 college preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of IT experience with at
least 3-4 in Banking Industry in similar profile. Should have team managing
experience for 1-2 years.
11. Head- Internal Audit:
Qualification:
Graduation in Finance/ICWAI/ or equivalent (CA preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial institution with at least 5-8
years in internal audit/ risk/ compliance. Should have team managing experience
for 5-6 years.
12. Chartered Accountant
Qualification:
Qualified CA
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of Audit experience in the Banking Industry in similar
profile
13. Training Coordinators
Qualification:
Veterinary/Agriculture Graduate from reputed Institutions.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training in the relevant fields. Should
have good exposure of working in the rural areas.
14. Training Coordinators
Qualification:
M.Sc (Computer Science/IT), BTech or equivalent from a reputed Institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training in the relevant fields.
Experience in the banking industry will be preferred.
15. Credit Officers
Qualification:
Graduate from any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred
Experience:
Candidates with banking knowledge will be preferred. Good Aptitude and smart
communication skill is a must. Fresher’s can also apply.
