Vacancy Details:
1. Name of the post: Group ‘C’ Posts

Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Educational Qualification: 12th (10+2)
or its equivalent examination with not
less than 50%
marks in the aggregate.
Typewriting Proficiency of 30 wpm
in English or
25 wpm in Hindi is essential for considering to
the post of Jr.
Clerk cum Typist/Accounts Clerk cum
Typist, based on vacancy.
2. Name of the post: Group ‘D’
Posts

Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.
1800/-
Educational Qualification: Matriculate
or ITI or equivalent.
Age Limit : The Age limit for NFR Group
‘C’ posts is 18 to 29 years and for Group ‘D’ posts is 18 to 32 years.
Age Relaxation : The relaxation of
upper age limit will be of 03 years for OBC candidates and 05 years for SC/ ST
candidates.
Scout & Guide Qualification:
a) A
President Scout/ Guide/Rover/ Ranger OR Himalayan Wood
Badge (HWB) holder in any
section;
b)
Should have been
an active member of a Scouts organization for
the last 5 (five) years
(i.e. from 01.04.2011 onwards). The ‘Certificate of Activeness’ should
be as per Annexure-‘C’; and
c)
Should have attended two events at National Level OR All
Indian Railways’ level AND two events at
State level.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/
Ex.Servicemen/ PWD, women,Minorities & Economic Backward classes & Rs.
500/- for all other categories by IPO drawn in favour on FA & CAO/ NF
Railway payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati-781011. Mention name &
full address in IPO.
