Relaxation :
Candidates
belonging to OBC category but coming in the ‘creamy layer’ are not entitled to
OBC reservation and age relaxation. They should indicate their category as
GENERAL.
(ii) Caste
certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the
Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ST candidates, if
called for interview.
(iii) A
declaration will have to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidates
seeking reservation under OBC category stating that he/she does not belong to
the creamy layer as
on
01.08.2016. OBC certificate containing the ‘Non-creamy layer’ clause, issued
during the period 01.04.2016 to the date of interview, should be submitted by
such candidates, if
called for
interview.
Qualification
and Experience:
Vice President : MBA in
Finance/Marketing or equivalent degree from reputed Institute, Preference will
be given to candidates with BE/BTech in Computer Science/Information
Technology/ Electronics from reputed University/Institute. And Minimum 5 years
of relevant work experience in Online Fulfilment. OR Integration & Journeys
OR Superstore Fulfilment.
Product Development Managers :
B.E./BTech in Computer Science/ Information Technology /Electronics from
reputed University. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA. And
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Banking/Financial Institutions.
Senior Manager : B.E./BTech graduate
from a reputed University/Institute. Preference will be given to candidates
with MBA/equivalent degree. And Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Manager : B.E./BTech graduate from a
reputed University/ Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with
MBA/equivalent degree. And Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
Assistant Vice President : B.E./BTech
in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics from reputed
University. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA. And Minimum 4
years of relevant work experience.
