Gauhati High Court Declare Admit card For Computer Typist post. The
advertisement dated 07.09.2015 in connection with direct recruitment of 397
(three hundred and ninety seven) Computer Typists for the subordinate courts of
Assam, the High Court has been pleased to notify the following selection
process in terms of Clause 4 of the advertisement. The Skill Test (Typing test)
will be held w.e.f 27.09.2016 to 03.09.2016 at Royal Group of Institutions,
Betkuchi, NH-37, Opp-Tirupati Balaji Mandir, Guwahati-781035, Assam as per
schedule annexed herewith.

Exam Details:
1. Computer Test: The test
of typing seed and accuracy in word processing shall be conducted with the help
of a typing application software. Candidates will be required to type for 2
(two) minutes and on the basis of such typing, the number of correct words per
minute (WPM)/net speed of the candidate will be taken into consideration. 1
(one) mark will be awarded for every word typed correctly which would be net
speed on the basis of such typing. Thereafter, candidates in the ration of 1:3
(three candidates against one vacancy) on the basis of the net score will be
called for the written test of 100 (one hundred) marks.
2. Written Test: A written
test (objective type multiple choice) of 2 (two) hours duration on OMR
(optional mark recognition) answer scripts will be held. The said test would
consist of 100 (one hundred) objective type multiple choice questions of 1
(one) mark each. The question paper of the written test will comprise of
General English, General Knowledge and Aptitude.
