Applications are invited in the Standard Form published in part IX of
the Assam Gazette from the intending candidates for filling up of vacant post
of Senior Accountant in the Office of the Director, Assam Energy Development
Agency (AEDA) .
Vacancy Details:
Name of the post: Senior Accountant
No. of post: 01 post
Scale of pay: Band-3 of Rs. 8000/-
35,000/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- per month plus other allowances.
Age limit: candidate should not be less
than 31 years and more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2016. The upper age
limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Qualification:
• Bachelor
of Commerce with Major in Advanced Accountancy.
• Adequate
Accounting knowledge in Tally-ERP, MS Office etc.
• Deft
knowledge on Income Tax, VAT, CPF rules etc.
• Atleast 10
(ten) years work experience in Accounts related above mentioned works in any
Govt. / Semi Govt. / Public under taking / Organizations.

3 (three) copies of self attested recent passport size photograph ( 1
pasted in the right hand side corner of the application and rest two copies
shall be attached with the application). One self addressed Envelope of 12 cm X
25 cm size affixed with necessary postage stamps worth Rs. 6.00 (Rupees six)
only. Self attested copies of testimonials in support of certificate claim of
age, education qualification, marks obtained (HSLC onwards), Caste Certificate
(in respect of Reserved Communities), Experience Certificate and Computer
Certificate. The Envelope containing the application must be super-scribed in
bold letters as ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF “Senior Accountant” at left side
corner. Candidate must mention his/her
mobile number & e-mail I.D. (if any) in the application form.
