How to apply: Candidates should submit their application to the Chief Inspector of Factories, Assam, Sethi Trust Building [2nd Floor], GS Road, Bhangagarh, Guwahati -5, on or before 6th December 2016 with following documents:
>> Copies of all certificates and mark sheets in support of educational qualification along with age, caste certificate and valid employment exchange certificate.
>> 2 copies of self attested passport sized recent photographs.
>> A Self addressed envelope [22*10 cm] with postal stamp Rs 5 only.
>> Copy of original treasury challan.
NB: Candidates have to superscribe the name of the post applied on the top of the sealed envelope carrying application form.
