National Health Mission, Assam Recruitment 2016-17 Online applications are invited from the candidates willing to work in mission mode for engagement on Contractual Basis.

Details:
1. Procurement Expert
No. of post: 01 post
Remuneration: Rs. 32,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) Post Graduate with specialization in Material/Procurement Management.
ii) Having experience of 10-12 years regarding procurement in Health/Public sector/Railway/Govt. Deptt.
iii) Experience in Planning for procurement of essential drugs/ medicines/equipment.
iv) Computer proficiency with high level familiarity with commonly used package like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point etc.
Relaxation: Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of candidates having more than 15 years of experience in Procurement of Medical Equipments of similar items in Govt. /Public Sector Undertakings /Railway etc.
2. Project Engineer (Civil)
No. of post: 03 posts
Remuneration: Rs. 29,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section A & Section B) in Civil Engineering from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
ii) Minimum 15 Years experience in execution and supervision of Construction of Building works.
iii) Persons having experience in Building construction and fully convergent with building specifications, measurement of building works including payment procedures adopted in the Govt. Deptt. Persons from Govt. Engineering Departments Retired as Executive Engineer (Civil) and above with the above experience and having sound health condition to take up frequent travelling while supervision and execution of works may also take part.
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil)
No. of post: 03 posts
Remuneration: Rs. 23,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section–A & Section–B) in civil engineering from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 60 % Marks.
ii) Minimum 3 years experience in execution and supervision of construction works. Preference will be given to the persons having working experience in health sector organizations.
4. Microbiologist
No. of post: 03 posts
Remuneration:
(a) Rs 50,000/- P.M
(b) Rs 40,000/- P.M
(c) Rs 30,000/- P.M
Qualification: In order of preference either of the below:
a)Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Microbiology).
b) Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in clinical laboratory sciences.
c) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology.
5. District Family Planning Coordinator
No. og post: 02 posts
Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) Masters in Social Works (MSW) with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification work experience in the field of Community / Medical Health / Community development programme or related fields.
ii) Computer proficiency – Must be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint)
ii) High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
6. Dieticia
No. of post: 06 posts
Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) B.Sc in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition from Govt. recognized institute with 1 year experience in relevant field.
ii) Candidates having experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.
7. ARSH Counselor
No. of post: 26 posts
Remuneration: Rs.16,500/ P.M
Qualification: B.A./B.Sc. with Psychology as a subject from Govt. recognized institute with 2 years experience in relevant field.
8. PHC Accountant cum Assistant Block Programme Manager
No. of post: 05 posts
Remuneration: R. 13,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) B. Com. with minimum 2 years post qualification work experience in relevant field.
ii) Computer proficiency: MS Office & Tally
9. Nutrition Counselor
No. of post: 11 posts
Remuneration: R. 15,000/- P.M
Qualification:
i) Graduate in Home Science (Specialization in Food & Nutrition/ Child Development/ Extension education) from Govt. recognized institute.
ii) Candidates having experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.
iii) Computer proficiency-MS Office.
10. District Consultant (Quality Assurance)
No. of post: 27 posts
Remuneration: R. 25,000/- P.M
Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with 2 years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration. Training and Experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008 /Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.
