Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), New Delhi Application are invited from male Indian citizens for filling up the folowing posts of communication Cadre in Group 'B' & 'C' Non-Gazetted, (Combatised) in Sastra Seeme Bal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The posts are temporary, but likely to continue. Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India or outside the territory of India and will be governed by SSB act and Rules.
Vacancy Details:
1. Sub-Inspector (Communication)
No. of post: 16 posts
Age limit: 18 to 25 years
Pay: Level-6 Rs. 35,400/- Per Month
Qualification: Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication or Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.
2. Assistant Sub-Inspector (Communication)
No. of post: 110 posts
Age limit: 18 to 25 years
Pay: Level-5 Rs. 29,200/- Per Month
Qualification: Matric with Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication from an Institution recognized by the State Government or equivalent or 10+2 or Intermediate with aggregate marks of 50% with selective subjects being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution or equivalent.
3. Head Constable (Communication)
No. of post: 746 posts
Age limit: 18 to 23 years
Pay: Level-4 Rs. 25,500/- Per Month
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent plus two year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board or institution or equivalent.
Examination Fee (A Non-refundable):
General & OBC: Rs. 200/- (SI Posts) / Rs. 100/- (for HC and ASI Posts). The fee in the form of IPO/ Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque.
NB: SC, ST & Ex-Servicemen candidates are exampted from payment of examination fees.
