Assam University Recruitment 2017: Applications are invited from eligible candidates to appear in skill test for selection of the following purely temporary non-teaching posts on contractual basis. The candidates will have no claim for absorption on regular or further employment in the University. The University reserves the right to cancel the above test at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
Vacancy Details:
1. Office Assistant (Contractual)
No. of post: 06 posts
Age: Maximum 28 years
Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 /-pm. (consolidated)
Qualification: At least Higher Secondary (10+2) passed with knowledge of Computer Application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and other tools on office management along with typing skill, communication skill with general understanding of office procedure.
2. Carpenter
No. of post: 01 post
Age: Maximum 28 years
Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 /- pm. (Consolidated)
Qualification:
i. MSEC (Class X) pass.
ii. ITI/Equivalent Certificate from Govt. Recognised Institute in relevant field with two years experience in the relevant line.
Or,
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt, recognised University/Institute.
3. Laboratory Attendant
No. of post: 01 post
Age: Maximum 28 years
Remuneration: Rs. 8,000 /-pm. (consolidated)
Qualification: HSSLC(Class XII) pass in Science.
