Notification for B.Sc Nursing Counseling Date under DME, Assam

This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination 2017 (CEE-2017) conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course in the 3(three) Nursing Colleges of Assam for the session 2017, that the counseling for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course will be held on 21st & 22nd August/2017 as per programme given below. Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/ testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board.

Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i.e. Marks sheets of 10+2 exam., Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates and other relevant documents including Admit Card of CEE-2017. Separate Photo copies of the said documents will be required at the time of counseling. Date  of Counseling:  21st August’2017.

(A) All candidates who have obtained Rank from 1 to 150 in CEE-2017 in order of merit. (After filling-up of all un-reserved/general seats i.e. 101 seats in the 3(three) Nursing Colleges of Assam the remaining candidates belonging to SC, ST(P), ST(H) and OBC/MOBC reserved categories who secured marks 71 or above will be accommodated in their respective categories in order of merit.)

(B) All candidates who have applied for Physically Handicap quota in order of merit.

(C) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC Category obtaining Rank from 151 to 252 in CEE-2017 in order of merit.

(D) Candidates belonging to SCHEDULE CASTE category obtaining Rank from 151 to 486 in CEE-2017 in order of merit.

(E) Candidates belonging to ST(P) category obtaining Rank from 151 to 384 in CEE-2017 in order of merit.

(F) Candidates belonging to ST(H) category obtaining Rank from 151 to 491 in CEE-2017 in order of merit.

(G) Candidates belonging to TGL/Ex-TGL category obtaining Rank from 151 to 578 in CEE-2017 in order of merit.

Time  of Counseling: At 10.30 a.m.

Venue  of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati - 22.
