ASRLMS Recruitment Vacancy Details

1. State Project Manager (HR, Administration & Capacity Building of Staff)

No. of post: 01 (UR)

Salary: Rs. 63,000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource / MBA (HR).

Experience: 7+ years Post qualification Experience in HR agency / company with considerable scale and size, out of which at least 2 Years should be in Rural Development /Community development sector.

Age: 32 to 45 yrs

2. District Project Manager

No. of post: 07 (UR-2, OBC-2, SC-2, ST(H)-1)

Salary: Rs. 42,000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Experience: 3+ years post qualification experience in social/community development sector.

Age: 30 to 40 yrs

3. District Functional Expert (SM, IB & CB)

No. of post: 06 (UR-2, OBC-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1)

Salary: Rs. 35.000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector

Age: 25 to 40 yrs

4. District Functional Expert (Livelihoods & Marketing)

No. of post: 2 (UR- 1, ST(H)-1)

Salary: Rs. 35.000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector

5. District Functional Expert (FI)

No. of post: 02 (OBC-1. ST(P)-1)

Salary: Rs. 35.000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector

6. District Functional Expert (Skills)

No. of post: 16 (UR-8, OBC-4, SC-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1)

Salary: Rs. 35.000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector

Age: 25 to 40 yrs

7. District Accounts Manager

No. of post: 09 UR-4 (SC-2 ST(P)-2 ST(H)-1)

Salary: Rs. 28.000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Commerce/ CA/ ICWA. Candidates having experience of working in projects/schemes funded by world Bank /Go! or social/ community development projects will be preferred.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in finance /accounts related works in Govt./Private sector.

Age: 25 to 40 yrs

8. District MIS Manager

No. of post: (03 OBC-1 SC-1 ST(P)-1)

Salary: Rs. 25.000/- Per month

Qualification: MCA/MSc-IT having experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in social/ community development projects. Working knowledge of data management software will be essential.

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in MIS related works in Govt./Private sector.

Age: 25 to 40 yrs

9. Block Project Manager

No. of post: 50 (UR- 26, OBC-14, SC-3, ST (P)-5, ST(H)-2)

Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month

Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree

Experience: 2+ years post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

Age: 25-40 yrs

10. Block Coordinator

No. of post: 142 (UR-73, OBC-38, SC-10, ST(P)-14, ST(H)-7)

Salary: Rs. 21,560/- per month

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 + year post qualification experience in social/ community development sector.

Age: 23 to 40 yrs

11. MIS Assistant cum Accountant

No. of post: 132 (UR-67 OBC-36 SC-9 ST(P)-13 ST(H)-7)

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month

Qualification: Graduate (BCA/B.Com) with knowledge and experience in MS- Office plus tally and other data entry/accounting software.

Experience: 1 + year post qualification experience in relevant sector.

Age: 23 to 40 yrs
